If I enable the Reminders integration on multiple devices, Structured will show multiple copies of each Reminders task, or my Reminders tasks won’t appear at all. My current workaround is to only enable Reminders integration on one device, but this isn’t ideal.

Sometimes events imported from the calendar appear twice or even three times in the app timeline. It looks like it might be connected to using multiple devices. For example I have the app open on the Mac. I create a new event in my apple calendar and it gets synced in the app. When I open the app on the phone the even gets duplicated on all devices and stays like this for a long time. Long enough that it becomes annoying (even hours)

The recommended icons can sometimes be a "bit" off. If they work more often, this should speed up the task creation flow.

Improved Icon Suggestions

Currently, if you have a medium-length task title, you can only see a few words at a time when on the “edit task” screen. This makes it very difficult to edit the task without selecting all, copying, pasting the text somewhere else, editing it there, and then pasting the revised version back into the task title. Seems like it would be much better if it showed the entire task title you’ve typed, up to maybe 4 or 6 lines. One line is just way too restrictive.

Since i updated my iMac on macOS Ventura, the Structered app is buggy: I am unable to edit my entries or to select another day, like tomorrow. App behaves like frozen.

Would be great to have a counter on the inbox icon that shows how many tasks are in the inbox. Or any indication that there is something in the inbox. I keep forgetting I have things in there.

When you select a suggested task, it overrides the normal preset time. This might not be what you expect.

Say I have a 1-hr task at 3pm and a 1-hr task at 4pm. If I drag the 4pm task up above the 3pm task, I would like it to automatically push the 3pm task down to 4pm.Maybe if you drag toward the left side of the screen it will create an overlap, and if you drag toward the right side it will do a push. Something like that.Another, maybe simpler, way to solve this could be to make the "Overlapping" text a link - click it and it will give you the option to "push task(s) down to remove overlap".For me this is essential because I'm trying to block out my whole day. If I do the whole day then realize I need to insert something in the morning, I then have to carefully change the time of every task coming after. Found myself doing this over and over which made the app unusable for me.Also if I changed my 3pm task to start at 3:15, it would be nice to then get a popup like - "This task now overlaps with the next one. Would you like to push that task later?"

Sentences like "Sure, you'll think of something for these 30 Minutes" or "Anything to do during these 30 Minutes" build a lot of pressure to fill every second of the day and optimise yourself to the last minute. Sentences like "30 Mins buffer" or "Maybe keep these 30 Mins free." are so much better. I would therefore suggest to replace the pressure-building options with a little more calming and self-caring options. (I might be a little sensitive in this topic, but I believe that many people might feel the same way) :)

My daughter is using structured app, and i would like to subscribe to all of her events, created in the app as well as imported into structured, so we can coordinate. It would be helpful to have multiple bars along the side of diff colors that better show when tasks overlap. I would like to be able to block out the time I’m at work and be able to see a bar showing that block as well as see a bar for overlapping tasks like if I’m in an hour long meeting while at work. The way it is now, the bars overlap but are the same color so it makes it confusing to tell if tasks in the afternoon will end up going past the end of my work day. I feel like this would just be a minor tweek. But over all, I’m appreciating this app so far.

There are many routines and habits that need to be auto-completed based on data from HealthKit. Say, like weigh myself, workout, 100g protein etc. I’m using Streaks App for a long time, I really like how it tracks automatically.

As you can see in the time selector (8:00am➡️8:01am), it’s really quite difficult to use. If you don’t scroll in the exact spot of each hour or minute dial, it either flicks the wrong time dial or it will close out of the time selector all together reverting back to the edit task page. It had me getting quite frustrated last night when trying to schedule my workday for today. My suggestion is would it be possible to make the entire time selector bigger, wider and not as “cramped?”. Perhaps spread the hour and minute scroll wheel out a little wider so that it’s easier to individually select each hour or minute scroller without scrolling the opposite one by accident. It would be super appreciated if this could be changed. For the record, I don’t have large hands so someone with larger hands may struggle more than myself. Indicator for fully completed day

Sometimes I need to copy and paste a list of items into the app. Right now if I try to paste into subtask it just puts them all into one subtask. I have to paste it into notes and then copy each item separately into subtasks.It would be even helpful, if I can paste into a subtask, then place cursor where I would like the next subtask to be and press return to move the rest of the line into a new subtask. Currently if I do that, it just creates a new empty subtask.

It would be helpful to export data of project titles and time spent on each in an excel compatible format to track the efficiency of workflows over time and see how much time was spent on particular tasks.
