Non-Overlapping Tasks

I have a long multi-hour "Work" task that is a placeholder for when I'll do work during the day. I'd like to be able to set it as "non-overlapping" so that tasks I add within the work timeframe, such as meetings, don't display as overlapping with the overall Work task. This way I can have the Work placeholder, but still have individual tasks scheduled within it.
