Allow dragging past first and last task

Increase the range where you can drag and drop tasks.

I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen, but currently when I drag a task it won't move up higher than the earliest task scheduled. Same thing with moving a task to be lower, it won't go past the latest time scheduled. It would be great if we could drag and drop to a time that hasn't been scheduled yet!
