We listened to your feedback and reworked the entire focus timer (formally known as Focus Mode). The focus timer now comes with an overall updated design aligning with Apple’s Liquid Glass UI. Moreover, we changed and added the following features:
VisualTimer: See how your task icon fills up visually in the focus timer view.
Updated Countdown: Check the countdown, which now follows the HH:MM:SS structure, with the possibility to disable the seconds from the countdown for less distraction.
Subtask & Notes: Add notes or check off subtasks on the go in the focus timer view.
Intervals: Break up your tasks into intervals using our approach of the Pomodoro timer to make the most of your focus session. Please note that this feature requires ⭐️ Structured Pro.
You can learn more about the new design and features in our Help Center by clicking this link.
Original Request: "Can the focus feature have an option to keep it on screen please? With the full screen showing and countdown colour coming down?? Also if a countdown sound could also be added please? I feel this option helps me to not pick phone up and go into other apps that are distractions. Currently put focus on and tapping it to leave it on screen! ThanQ"

I think it might be better if the focus could stay on the Lock Screen.
I use focus mode often when I work on tasks, especially on assignments. I like to add subtasks and notes in my main task to be able to check off subtasks and make sure I’m doing what I need to do. When I am in focus mode the space for the subtasks and notes is small, which makes me have to scroll though. It would be nice to have the time move up or made smaller to make the subtasks and notes section bigger. For ipad, I wonder if it would be possible to have the time on one side of the screen and make the other side list the subtasks and notes to better fill the screen. Here’s pictures so you can see what I mean.
Please add a visual timer in focus mode (like the icons that fill as time passes on the daily calendar screen). For most people with ADHD, a digital countdown clock is not very useful because it doesn’t help you visualize the passage of time. As it is now, the focus timer seems like more of a distraction than a useful tool.
Hi, I would like to have the option to remove the seconds countdown in the "focus" mode. I like idea of the simplified view, but having my phone near me as I work with the seconds changing is visually distracting. I think just an hour:minutes countdown option would work.

This would be an incredibly easy addition to Structured and only add value. I have no idea why this would be rejected.

This is feature would really add to Structured. Right now, most Pomodoro apps require paying for and just don’t integrate in the GTD system you are using unless you switch to their task manger. This would really add so much value to Structured.

The app could use other schemes like the flowtime technique
For me, the most important thing is to have a ticking sound while the clock is running. This conditions you to complete the task better than just silence.
That is certainly doable. Will look into it! Thanks.

Hi Leo, does it mean in 'Adjust Time', users will be able to edit Start and End time in hh:mm:ss?

If this is implemented, please make sure it is designed such that it doesn't further truncate the task name; the space available for this is already a little bit too small, and most of my tasks end with "..." already.

This is the only feature missing imo. Especially if there is something like a pomodoro timer. Even if it is separate from the timeline, but an independent timer.

Having a floating focus timer on the web version would be great!
