    More suggestions:

    • Ability to ignore certain recurring events.

    • Set icon for recurring events.

    Was about to say that. I was really happy to see the energy feature but configuring it for all imported (repeating) calendar events makes no sense. Unusable for me until solved 🙏🏾

    Oh please! It would be amazing if the declined events were removed.

    I would also like to be able to remove recurrent events from structured. Something like "out of office" I don't want to have them in structured.

    I think it would be helpful: when you clicked on the Calendar icon that shows you the whole month if there were either colored dots or the whole number was a different color on days that you have things going on that way you don’t have to scroll through each week to see what’s going on in the month.

    Good morning, I would like the application itself to be a calendar. That is to say, that it would be the other way around, that I could put in my Apple Calendar, everything built from the app and not the other way around. The reason is to be able to see in my car the Calendar application and that everything I have in Structured comes out.

    Hey Addrian,

    This feature is unfortunately not available yet. However, you can adjust the color of all calendar events from the imported calendar: Open your Calendar app > select Calendars at the bottom > tap on the red circled i next to the respective calendar > change the color.

    Hide all occurrences of recurring calendar event

    Hi there,

    Love the app but would love a button here to hide all reoccurring events since some things get pulled in from calendars that you want to hide, but they are reoccurring so need to hide them each day, which is just annoying.

      This is one of my two biggest challenges with Structured. Another option would be to add a keyword to the calendar event that signals to Structured to ignore it. Reclaim.ai does something similar.

      I would love this feature but also ability to have hide gesture or button. Current click and scroll down doesn’t work if the calendar invite has content that needs scroll beyond the screen dimentions. There is no scroll bar. So the hide button never appears in such event as it is hidden right at the bottom of the screen that you can’t access!!

    Hiding declined events or somehow indicating that they're declined would be a game changer.

    You can differentiate them from events that were not declined by removing the checkbox (check-circle) and reducing their opacity. Or hiding them but leaving a small line with a carot that you can expand to see the details of the meeting.
