Structured Web: Address Time-Picker Issue

Why why make stuff so bloated. Time input wasn’t broken, now with this visual clock it is. The clock appears when you click on time and there’s NO manual way of inputting time. One click on anything on the clock window is all the app permits before closing the clock window and returning you to the task screen, you cannot select half hours, only full, it’s completely unusable. Make the time entry manual.
