Talking clock alarm option

An option to keep an alarm tone as a taking clock which says the current time along with a background tune.

It could be like start with a chime and if there is no response saying the time out loud.

Helps with people snoozing a lot and losing track of time.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible due to a limitation from Apples side.
