iOS Shortcut to trigger a synchronization

Is there a way to use Shortcuts to trigger a synchronization command? I use Structured on multiple devices (iOS, iPadOS, and Mac), and my reminders and calendar entries are synced with Structured and edited and completed on different devices. For example, if I've already completed a task on one device, the other device still reminds me that the task is open until I open it. I'd like a way to trigger the synchronization via Shortcuts without having to open the program.
