Replan all incomplete tasks from the past

Currently, only tasks from the previous day can be rescheduled, but it is impossible to retrieve all tasks that were not completed several days ago. So if you forget to reschedule every day, the tasks are lost.

All uncompleted tasks should be automatically added either the next day or to the inbox so that they can be found. This is very important.
