Replan less

I know we have some control over the Replan feature (turn off recurring or all-day items), but I would like MORE control over what I re-plan.

For instance, I have a fish tank that I need to tend to weekly and monthly, so I want those to show up in Replan. But, then I need to re-plan EVERY recurring event—most of which do not need to be checked off and might just be there for planning purposes.

I propose adding a check box or the like for something like “Skip Replan” (wordsmith that). Then during replan those are simply skipped.
