Reduce the friction in the feedback process by making it more accessible

There are quite some things which are bugging me in the app but providing feedback is not very accessible. It took me a year now until I finally got here and created an account to post this. I believe many other neurodivergent people can relate. It can be already a challenge to actually use any tool like this. When I manage to do it and I stumble upon something I’d like to see changed/improved, providing feedback on a website which needs quite a lot of steps is likely to reduce or kill the momentum.

Please consider to have a form directly integrated into the app where users are able to provide feedback.

PS: Maybe utilising a simple link which would open the mail app is something which comes to your mind as a quick win but I’d like to speak against this. Personally I don’t like to give my mail to everyone.
