Quick-Add tasks using global keyword shortcut

As a user who has many different applications open, I want to be able to press a key combination and see a pop-up for creating a Structured task so that I don't have to switch between web browsers/mail/text editor/etc and Structured in order to create a task.

As a user on a website, I want to be able to press a key combination and see a popup for creating a Structured task where the notes field is autofilled with the URL of the website I'm on so that I don't have to manually copy and paste the URL into the notes section.
