I use the Pushr integration for my alarms. I suggest two specific improvements to the repetition logic to better align with fitness progression principles:
1. Granular Repetition Selection: The current fixed intervals (5/10/20/30) are too rigid. Please allow single-digit integers (e.g., 6, 7, 8) or a custom input field. This allows users to bridge the significant difficulty gap between the current presets.
2. Automated Progressive Overload: Add a setting to automatically increase the repetition count based on triggers (e.g., +1 rep every 5 successful alarms or +2 reps weekly). This facilitates consistent training progress without requiring manual reconfiguration.
