Pop out new task into seperate window on macOS

When adding a new task the window closes as soon a different app is brought into the foreground.
It is then needed to switch back, click the plus sign and continue with the creation of task. This brings a lot of work, when copying notes or sub-tasks from another app. Additionally it is needed to scroll down to the position which is desired to adjust
