Option to snooze if no response to mission

Because the physical buttons trigger stopIntent when the secondary button is custom, users (me) will often trigger stop when we mean snooze. If a timeout reset the alarm for the snooze duration instead of the current 10s or so (and debited the snoozes remaining), we’d get something closer to the familiar behavior.
