Notifications that read the tasks out loud

I am self employed and my work is mostly away from computers/screens. It would be AMAZING to have a feature that read out loud the task starting/finishing etc, like it is for directions driving when using a maps app.

stopping and looking at a screen to see what the ding was about is a hazard for me to stay focused (ADHD). Even with “focus” modes I really would rather not have to stop what I’m doing and go to my phone

If there already is a way to integrate this with Siri reading - maybe that would be ok? Seems like something that should be possible with accessibility features.

But in-app built in option would be ideal. Either to have it read out loud or a “custom recording” feature for short audio would work great too.
