Notifications Issue

I have iphone 14 pro max with ios 26.1 beta 3 after the latest update of the app 4.3.5, I stopped receiving notifications all together and i already checked all possible scenarios but found nothing seems device related issue, I know that after i checked the scheduled notifications and found nothing at all, after deleting the app and reinstalling it and tried different methods nothing seems to work.
