New task in inbox shortcut widget.

It's a simple thing, but it would change the app a lot for me. As a person with an unstructured brain, I use the app to help me. The easier and faster it is to go straight to writing down what needs to be done the more likely it will be for it to happen

    Hey Flamco,
    Thanks for sharing your suggestion. For the timeline widgets, you can show the add task button in your widget by long pressing the widget, editing it and selecting Show Add Task Button.
    Alternatively, you can use the Structured Controls to quick add a task from your home screen. You can learn more about this feature here.

    I know it got rejected, but it said that was over a year ago, and for me it would be an essential feature.
