New events are created on the wrong day on Web sometimes

Specifically, always on the current day. That is very counterintuitive, especially when creating an event by clicking the empty space on the timeline. You would expect that space to be filled by the event but it is created on the current Real-Time day, not the currently viewed day (or rather it defaults to that)

This is also inconsistent with Structured Mobile (iOS), where it will be created on the day you are viewing.
