MCP Structured App
Hello, I have been using Structured since the second of January, 2023. This app completely changed how I approach productivity, but lately my modus operandi at work is changing, and I rely on Chatbot for organising my tasks during the day. I’m using MCPs to read the calendar and write on the calendar with ChatGPT or Claude. Since Structured does not have any integration of this kind, I’m forced to use the calendar even for things that I used to keep only on Structured. Is it possible to add an MCP to the app? I would like to keep using this amazing app but I feel that now it does not fit my workflow anymore…

You can now connect your Structured schedule with your favorite AI assistant in order to plan more efficiently. With the Structured MCP, you can view your schedule, create tasks, and make edits without even opening Structured.
Currently, we support ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Google Antigravity, Google Gemini CLI, and OpenCode to be connected to the Structured MCP server.

Thank you for making the MCP available! Everything is working smoothly so far.
One feature I’d love to see is support for setting energy levels through the MCP, so that AI agents can adjust them automatically. The AI assistant within the app already supports this functionality, so I assume it may be possible to expose the same API through the MCP as well.

Please note that this requires a Structured Cloud account, so if you’re using iCloud sync, you will have to switch and sign up to Structured Cloud first.
Moreover, please consider this an early alpha version, so if any issues arise, let us know in the comments or join our Structured Community Slack.
We’re already testing a ChatGPT version in our internal beta, so stay tuned. 😴

AI Assistant Profile and/or ChatGPT Pro
The AI assistant is very helpful, but it would be better if it knew more about us. If we could create a profile with family member names, our job, preferences, etcetera, it could be more accurate when planning out our day.
Please add an option for us to write a profile or fill out some information that could make this more accurate.
Another option would be allowing ChatGPT Pro users to link their accounts. This way the AI already knows about us and can be more accurate in how it schedules events.

AI: Switch from OpenAI/ChatGPT to Claude/Anthropic or Mistral/LeChat
Title. Anthropic is the less evil of them all, with the best ethic and sycophancy of the big AI companies. It just makes sense to see an indie dev team collaborate with an AI company with aligned values.
There’s also Mistral with LeChat, which has the advantage to be based in the EU (France). And maybe we will see Proton adding an API to their own (recently released and privacy focused) LLM that is Lumo (that being said, the project is supposed to be fully open sourced - didn’t check the details yet on their GitHub).
In any case, Claude is much safer compared to ChatGPT. Claude is better for neurodivergent people. Is it better on everything? Nope. Still one of the new multi-billions AI company leading us to some uncertain future. But, at least, they’re trying to turn things around with an optimistic goal in mind. Which is not necessarily the case with OpenAI.
To most users, this might be a tad too technical, boring or unnecessary from their point of view. The thing is that, if you had the chance to compare ChatGPT with Claude, there’s a clear difference in the way things are phrased, structured, safer. I also have a strong feeling that a Claude is more suited for neurodivergent people. And I won’t mention the awful recent news of users relying on ChatGPT for therapy and stuff, leading some of them to extreme situation I won’t mention either.
Long story short: can Structured move away from OpenAI and either go for an open source AI backend (technically complex, I get that) or for a lesser evil? It can only improve the AI integration in the app. And offer better privacy control for every Structured users…. Even tho Anthropic is also doing some weird stuff - cf. their latest lawsuits and their 5 years data retention period for training purpose for individual users. It should be different on an API/Business level, but we all know that today, we can’t fully trust these companies privacy wise.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t plan to go in the direction of including any of these apps. Please note that Structured AI is based on ChatGPT already.

Coloring using AI
I would appreciate it if the new AI feature could also colorize items it creates.
If I say create new items with the color yellow, it's currently being created with the normal standard color.

Hello is it possible to add support for Gemini Spark?
Google released Spark https://gemini.google.com/spark with support for custom MCPs when adding the mcp it says Account linking is required to use this custom app. Try again. When I try again I put in the client id I get the following error: {"code":400,"error_code":"validation_failed","msg":"invalid redirect_uri"}

Structured API & Make Integration
It would be great to have an official API for Structured or a direct integration with Make (Integromat).
This would allow users to automate task management by:
Adding tasks automatically from emails, CRM, or other sources.
Marking tasks as completed based on external triggers.
Retrieving tasks for reporting or notifications.
Updating tasks dynamically based on external events.
An API would greatly enhance productivity and flexibility, making Structured even more powerful as a task management tool.
Is this something you are considering? It would be amazing to see this feature in future updates!

Why was this rejected!? Please reconsider. Make integration would help dramatically with connectivity to ChatGPT or Claude which knows how to plan my life for me

I had to sign up just reiterate that this is the best way to kill a brilliant product. I have never unsubscribed faster for a service.
