Interruption rescheduler

Would love to be able to push all tasks down if an interruption comes up without having to manually reschedule each. A related feature that could help would be to note when creating tasks if they are immovable or flexible. That way rescheduled tasks could flow themselves around the firm items in the day (meetings, etc.)
