Improve all-day task support on watchOS

Two features available on other devices that I’ve been appreciating and would love to have access to on the watch:

• ‘show all-day tasks’ option on the medium iOS widget, presumably would need to be a second complication if configuration isn’t possible. Perhaps showing a counter of incomplete tasks rather than all icons if there’s not enough space for the exact same layout

• Ability to adjust day - the fact you can reschedule non all-day tasks makes this feel like a gap in functionality
