I’m seeing a number of Stress Monitoring apps for Apple Watch that utilize HRV (Heart Rate Variability) to track stress throughout the day.
With the inclusion of an energy monitor I wonder what that thought is on adding integration for HRV Stress Monitoring apps to sync energy values for reoccurring tasks and phases in the calendar planner.
