Global Keyboard Shortcut

I am inquiring about the possibility of implementing a global keyboard shortcut (for example, Cmd+Option+S) that would allow users to open the inbox task entrance typing box immediately, irrespective of whether the app is open or not. This feature would make it much more easier for users to jot down their thoughts while working on other apps without losing a moment and can be quite handy.

Please do not merge this suggestion with another one that recommends to fill the blank parts automatically. I just want to have a global shortcut even though the app may or may not be open at the time the shortcut is used.
