eft tapping reset mission

Awake💡 Feature Request

hey! could we get an eft tapping mission sometime soon? 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

i feel like a lot of us would benefit from a guided tap-through for stress release, grounding, and emotional regulation. something simple, like a “reset your nervous system in 5 minutes” vibe.

would love to see this added if possible!

Thank you for your suggestion. 😊

However, this is difficult to implement, as there is no available feature to control whether you have accomplished the mission or not.
