Thank you for the great app. As to the AI feature, I may be missing something: as it is now there seems to be little efficacy to using it if it doesn’t take into account the existing tasks (be it in your inbox or already scheduled)? Plans tend to change and I’d rather not have to move everything manually as now seems necessary? Because of this I’m now using the Sorted App but would much rather switch to Structured (as it works on my personal *and* work phone, has a pleasant lay out, an interactive widget, and two way sync with Reminders app, lóve it!)

Structured AI doesn’t pick up all of your asks, it’s very basic and does feel like a gimmick

I really enjoy using this app and consider myself a heavy user. However, I wanted to share some feedback about the AI feature. To me, it feels more like a gimmick than a truly valuable tool. While I’m sure you have a deeper understanding of user needs, I personally believe your time and resources would be better spent focusing on more impactful features, like a weekly/monthly view. In my opinion, this AI functionality is more of a “nice-to-have” rather than a necessity.

The Structured AI is an optional feature. Only data will be shared with Open AI’s severs when actually using the Structured AI.
We are currently training on improving the Structured AI, e.g. to make it edit existing tasks. However, the Structured AI is by far not the only feature we are focusing on, which can be seen on our Roadmap.
