Desktop App - Double Click App to "Fill to Screen"

Many macOS apps, if you double click at the top of the app window, where the close, minimize, and full screen options are, it'll expand the window to fill your screen (without going into "full screen" mode). With Structutred, you can only modify the window size by rescaling via dragging edges.
