To be clear: The Energy Monitor is a great idea!
However, the activities for stress reduction "recharge” different amounts of energy in reality. It charges significantly more energy to do sports instead of watching a movie or playing a video game. In the application every recharge activity can only have one recharge 🪷 - there is no difference in-between recharge activities.
For example: If you do activities that require a lot of energy, you would mark the activities in the application with ⚡⚡ (4 energy consumption per hour) or ⚡⚡⚡ (6 energy consumption per hour). However, this energy consumption can only be offset with one 🪷 (2 energy recharge per hour). On an ideal day you should consume as much energy as you produce and you should spend more time on very energy efficient activities like sports than on inefficient activities like watching movies.
So, in my opinion there should be added more “levels” of energy charging. It would be nice to have 🪷🪷 (4 energy recharge per hour) and 🪷🪷🪷 (6 energy per hour).
