This is an advanced feature and unfortunately only possible, once we have our own backend (right now we are using iCloud).

Makes sense appreciate you keeping us updated! Stills great app so I'll continue to use it as it improves

I suppose using iCloud also does provide security and privacy. I wonder if there’s a way to provide those benefits while also allowing a way to retrieve data securely.

Also to be able to import/link with on device apps such as Omnifocus, Things and other task managers. For me I see Structured as way for me to plan my day my implementing tasks that I have in my task manager.

Along with Zapier, having access to the data through a manual Webhook or API would be really awesome! It would be so cool to automate things and connect my schedule with other applications!

An open API or integration with automation platforms, like Zapier, Make or N8N would be huge!

Love an integration with ClickUp to be able to pull my tasks in from ClickUp. Similar to how Sunsama works with third-party apps. The idea is that Structured is the day planner, but you can have a larger project management app for managing the bigger picture.

API or MCP would be great to connect with 3rd-party tools including AI agents !

For example with integromat now make.com and I guess that fits also for Zapier you can use it also with iCloud. Because the only thing you have to do is sending an http request with json content about the task and on the automation side you will have a webhook which wait for the http request. So only one way but better than no-way :)
