Alarm request alternative to notification

If there was option to have a persistent alarm instead of notification for when a task is supposed to start that needs to be engaged with (snoozed, start task to turn off, or rescheduled) that would make the app much more worthwhile to me. As I need to set an extra alarm for every task I make.
