I struggle with chronic pain and need regular breaks. It would be great to make this more automated, for example after setting up a task, the AI can either ask if I want to add a short break, but I think that question would annoy me. Best would be to have an option to set a second task to include a break after certain tasks.
Maybe sometimes I'll need a 15 minutes break, maybe others 30. The best option for me would be to select from a drop-down like the Alerts.
