unable to do task completion through notification

Summary

Marking a task complete via notification (iPhone or Apple Watch) does not update the task state in the Structured app. The task remains incomplete and a second end-of-task notification fires. Tasks only mark complete when actioned directly inside the Structured iPhone app.

Environment

• iPhone 17 Pro Max — iOS 26.4.1

• 2× Apple Watch Ultra 3 (2025) — watchOS 26.4

• Structured 4.4.7 (1883)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a task with notifications enabled

2. When the start notification fires, tap Mark as Complete on the iPhone notification or Apple Watch notification

3. Open the Structured iPhone app

Expected Behaviour

Task is marked as complete in the app.

Actual Behaviour

Task remains incomplete. A second notification fires at task end. Tapping complete again has no effect. User must open the iPhone app and manually mark the task complete.

Additional Notes

• Issue is not limited to Apple Watch — also reproduces on iPhone notifications

• All devices show as fully synced

• Completing tasks directly inside the app works correctly and syncs across all devices

• App reinstalled on all 3 devices, devices rebooted — issue persists

• Was working before the most recent Structured update
