You could use it to implement time boxing. It would be best, for example, if you could create a recurring task/timebox called “Work” or “Private” in the calendar, which would act as a timebox for all tasks with the tag “Work” or “Private”. Then there would have to be a parallel task dump where you could enter either via voice input with chat GPT or via text: “I have to have a presentation ready for work by tomorrow” or something like: “I could mow the lawn again -> (not important and not urgent in private)” or “Within the next 30 days I have to send documents to the tax consultant -> (with selection important but not urgent in private)”. If I now open the “Private” timebox in my daily routine, all tasks are displayed in “Private”, sorted by urgency and importance according to the Eisenhower matrix. I can tick them off there, which makes them disappear. If I have ticked them all off before the timebox is over, urgent and important things from the next timebox (on the same day or the following day) automatically slide into the overview so that I can already complete them. You could, for example, solve it in such a way that you can create not only normal tasks in the normal current overview, but also timeboxes with either one or even several categories, or without a defined category. Without a category, all tasks from the dump are sorted according to the matrix.
