Although options exist like Toggl track, incorporate time tracking into the set up would be amazing. This would extend this Task/Calendar partnership that this app and others like it (e.g. Morgen) has built, and allow users to then obtain accurate reports on how long tasks took so in the future they can plan more effectively, track billable hours within this app, and more.
I really don't think it needs to be as structured as Toggl track yet. An easy way for how to add this into the app is to include a button on the right of the 'Focus Now' button, maybe called 'Start Task.' This can then generate a floating island but instead of counting down, begin to count up. When you click finish, it will stop the timer.
Eventually, after clicking start task you could specific a project or add a tag to the task, but this also could be done beforehand when you add in the task initially. On another tab, you could then include a log/history. Where you can search for a task and find the average time it has taken.
This feature would be invaluable to include and wrap up in daily task management.
